Identifying ROHS-5 (lead containing) packaging products

essential for the extreme long term reliability demanded by some industrial and networking
applications.
RoHS
directive currently provides an exemption which enables RoHS-5 (lead containing)packaging to be
used in certain applications.
SDR, DDR1, and DDR2 RoHS-5 components can easily be identified by looking for the specific
package type designator in the Qimonda part number as shown in the example below.
