Ultra low Power DDR Mobile-RAM optimized for battery-powered handheld applications. Compared with the 2.5V technology previously in use, Qimonda's next-generation 1.8V technology cuts the power consumption by approximately 40%. And to reduce power consumption even further, Qimonda switched its Mobile-RAM devices from SDR to DDR speeds.
