Qimonda provides a broad range of memory solutions for use in mobile phones. Our Mobile-RAM and
our CellularRAM products are offered as components and as Known-Good-Dies (KGDs) in
Multi-Chip-Packages (MCPs). Due to their small size and their low power technologies MCPs are
increasingly used in mobile communication. Our CellularRAM is designed to meet the growing demand
for memory density and bandwidth in 2.5 G and 3 G mobile phone handset designs. Our Mobile-RAM
products are specifically designed for ultra-low power consumption.
