Double Data Rate 2 (DDR2) SDRAM Technology
Double Data Rate Two (DDR2) SDRAM is a further development of DDR products. The latest generation of DRAM architecture supports twice the bandwidth and reduces the power consumption at the same time.
DDR and DDR2 technology have a data transfer rate of 2 bits per clock cycle. The advantage of DDR2 is the maximum data transfer rate of 800 Mbits per second compared with the 400 Mbits per second possible for DDR. DDR2 has been standardized by JEDEC and is fully supported by all DRAM companies worldwide.
We offer:
- DDR2 SDRAM Components: 256Mb - 2Gb
- DDR2 Unbuffered DIMMs: 256MB - 2GB
- DDR2 SO-DIMMs: 512MB - 2GB
- DDR2 Micro-DIMMs: 512MB - 2GB
- DDR2 Registered DIMMs: 256MB - 8GB
- DDR2 Fully Buffered DIMMs: 512MB - 4GB
- DDR2 Very Low Profile Registered DIMMs: 512MB - 4GB
