Share Register/Changes in Address

Registered shares are to be listed in the official share register of the company according to the name, address and date of birth of the owner of the shares. In terms of the relationship to the company, shareholders are only recognized and authorized as such upon their being noted in the official share register of the company. The company Registrar Services GmbH, which Qimonda contracted to administer the share register and to manage the application and registration process of the company's shares in Germany, enters and records the existing shareholders in the share register on behalf of the company in accordance with a service contract which has been concluded.
