Our improvement process
Continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility lies at the heart of our corporate social
responsibility efforts. This begins with the sourcing of materials and extends to the production
process and interaction with customers. For example, we have integrated the basic principles of the
Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) into our procurement process, also making it mandatory
for our suppliers.
So that we can measure – and continuously improve – our achievements and successes, we have
defined indicators which we gather from all company areas at all of our locations. They provide the
basis for monitoring target attainment and for setting new targets.
We have published a
CR report detailing our
strategy, our management, and what we have achieved so far with respect to environmental
protection, for our employees and society in general. The report is an important element in our
continuous improvement process and is scheduled to appear annually in the future.
