Administration on the Control of Pollution Caused by Electronic Information Products (ACPEIP). Published already in February 2006 by the ministry of information industry (MII) in China.

Definition:

Planned to restrict the same substances as EU-RoHS, but without the use of exemptions (e.g. PB-solder for Flip Chip).
The first stage (labeling requirement  with EFUP) is effective since 1.3.2007, the start of the second stage (prohibition of substances) is not defined yet by the Chinese government.
